Crowding

Having crowded teeth is very common and often occurs when the jaw size doesn’t match the size of the teeth coming in causing overlapping and crooked teeth.

Crossbite

A crossbite occurs when your upper and lower teeth don’t bite together evenly. In this example you can see the upper teeth on the right sitting inside the bottom teeth.

Missing teeth

Some people are born with a tooth or teeth missing, or as a result of an accident. The space left can cause issues with the remaining teeth.

Impacted Teeth

Impacted teeth are high up in the gum line and not coming through as they should have.

Overjet

An overjet occurs when the upper teeth protrude or stick out over the lower teeth. It can also be caused by the lower jaw not growing forward enough.

An overbite (or deepbite) is where the upper front teeth bite down too far over the lower front teeth.
