There are plenty of treatment options available, even more than we have listed here. Below is just a snap shot of what our doctors can offer you. Each of the options below are common place with our orthodontists. In saying that, you shouldn’t choose a doctor simply based on the products they use or advertise, after all it’s the doctor that delivers the results, not the product. Making an informed decision about who you see for treatment is how we help.

Invisible orthodontic treatment has become an afordable and effective options, wether it is clear ceramic braces, clear aligners treatment like Invisalign or lingual braces, the true Invisible option. All have their place as orthodontic treatment options but knowing which one to choose needs a specialist opinon.

Clear aligner treatment like Invisalign is a modern, fresh approach to straight teeth. Treatment consists of a series of virtually invisible, removable aligners that you change every two weeks for the next set of aligners. Each aligner is custom made for you and for your teeth. Clear Correct and surealign are other aligner options too.

Lingual Braces are the ultimate invisible option. Placed on the inside of your teeth, they are virtually impossible to see. They are just as effective as regular braces, take less time than aligner treatment but do usually come at a premium. Incognito are a respected brand, while suresmile digital technology has made lingual a more affordable options for patients too.

Digital technology is relatively new in orthodontics, however it’s widely used by our experienced orthodontists. Highly trained staff and orthodontists use the latest in digital technology to benefit you, the patient. Benefits to you include, no more messy moulds or impressions, fewer office appointments, faster overall treatment time, great results and you can even help you doctor plan your smile!

Suresmile treatment looks much like regular braces however with advanced diagnosis and robotic technology treatment times can be reduced significantly, by up to 30% for many patients. Suresmile technology can be used for braces on the front (labial braces) or backside (lingual braces) of your teeth.

3D scanning of your teeth is now taken at the practice and turned into a highly accurate 3D model. Your orthodontist uses a sophisticated software program to look at your teeth and determine the best way for your teeth to move and where they will best fit together. This is used in both Invisalign and suresmile.

After thorough planning using the 3D model, suresmile wires are bent by a robot with precision far greater than the human hand and eye. With Invisalign and Clear Correct, the 3D model is used to create all clear plastic aligners to move your teeth from start to finish.

Digital orthodontics is just one of the ways our doctors help you, the patient, get the best smile possible.

Braces are small clear plastic, ceramic or metal attachments that sit on the front of your teeth. A wire is then placed into the braces on the upper and lower teeth.

The braces act as a handle on your tooth for the wires to move your teeth gradually and gently to their new position.
The wires are accurately bent by your orthodontist until your teeth are in the final position. If you are having treatment with suresmile, the wires are pre bent with a robot before being fitted to your teeth.

Braces are the traditional treatment option and have been successfully used around the world for decades. New products have refined the process and wearing braces is certainly much more comfortable than in the past. Large orthodontic manufactures have all played an important role in improving how braces feel and work and that’s why they remain a great choice for all ages and smile concerns.

Lingual braces are similar to regular braces however sit on the backside of your teeth and are much less noticeable.

Lingual braces are very small and attach just above your gum line on the inside of your teeth, making them virtually impossible to see when you talk and completely invisible when you smile.
Once the braces are placed, a wire is fitted carefully on the upper and lower teeth. The braces act as a handle for the wires to move your teeth gradually and gently to their new position. The wires are monitored and accurately manipulated by your orthodontist until your teeth are in the final position.

Incognito is a well recognised type of lingual braces. They combine 3D scanning, digital planning and custom design braces to give you great result. Incognito braces also come in 24carat gold plate! The gold not only looks great, but reduces any gum sensitivity you might have.
